Civil and Family Law:
Law does not recognized domestic partnerships as a status that gives rights and responsibilities to its parties.
This is unfair to them:
1. Had to pay higher taxes compared to legal spouse
2. Had no rights to a preserve part of the estate

Immigration and Asylum Law:
Same sex partners are not recognized for the purposes of immigration law.
LGBT people may not guaranteed for granting refugee status.

Labour Law:
Sexual orientation is not included in the list of social characteristics on prohiniting discrimination in labour relations.
Victims being discriminated due to sexual orientation receive no right of protection.

Criminal Law:
No law that refer speciafically to perpetrators of crimes motivated by homophobia .
